Refund/Credit Policy

All credits and refunds will be approved and issued at the discretion of the QA and Medical Sales Lead and will only be issued on a case by case basis.

Credits will be applied to client’s account for future use within 24 hours of approval and will be valid for 30 days.

Refunds will be directly deposited into the client’s account (client will need to provide their banking information) within 24 hours after the refund is approved, refunds can also be applied to the client’s credit card in the same time frame (But it can take up to 5-10 business days for these funds to appear on the client’s credit card).
